1. Services

AquaSeekers LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional carpet cleaning services to residential customers in the Treasure Coast area of Florida. Our services include:

• One-time carpet cleaning services
• Membership-based recurring cleaning plans
• Add-on services including pet enzyme treatment, deodorizer, and carpet protector
• Spot cleaning services (for members)

2. Booking and Scheduling

When you book a service through our website or by contacting us directly:

• You agree to provide accurate contact and service address information
• Service dates are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
• We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 24-48 hours of booking
• Services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• Base Service: $150 for up to 3 rooms (200 sq ft maximum per room)
• Additional Rooms: $45 per room beyond the first 3
• Stairs: $4.50 per step
• Minimum Charge: $150 per visit
• Card Surcharge: All card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge fee

Payment options include full payment at booking or a $50 deposit with the balance due at the time of service.

If you enroll in one of our membership plans:

• Membership applies per household, not per room
• All memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment
• Monthly payments are automatically charged to your card on file
• Spot cleaning visits are limited to 3 small areas per visit
• Unused benefits do not roll over to the next period
• Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance or a $150 cancellation fee, whichever is less
• Members receive 10% discount on add-on services and reduced stair pricing ($4.00 per step)

Please be aware of the following limitations:

• Specialty fibers, heavily soiled areas, or biohazard conditions may require additional fees
• We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• Results may vary based on carpet condition, age, and previous treatments
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or permanent stains

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to all areas requiring service
• Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas
• Secure pets during service appointments
• Inform us of any known carpet damage or concerns before service
• Ensure someone 18 years or older is present during service

8. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information and agreeing to our terms, you consent to receive:

• SMS text messages regarding your booking, service reminders, and updates
• Email communications including booking confirmations and promotional offers
• Phone calls to confirm or discuss your service appointments

Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

9. Limitation of Liability

AquaSeekers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

AquaSeekers LLC is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect both our customers and our business.
